Customer Photo Contest Terms and Conditions
- Eligibility: The Backyard Outfitters Shed Showcase Sweepstakes (the “Contest”) is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Backyard Outfitters Enterprises, LLC (the “Company”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Contest.
- Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Terms and Conditions, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of the Company as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Contest.
- Contest Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on June 1, 2024 and ending December 31, 2024. The Contest will be conducted periodically throughout 2024 as deemed necessary by the Company to collect sufficient entries.
- How to Enter: The Contest must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided at [to be provided]. The entry must fulfill all Contest requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Company.
- Prizes: Winners of the Contest (the “Winners”) will receive a $100 Amazon gift card. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Company. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at the Company’s discretion.
- Rights Granted by You: By submitting your entry, you understand and agree that the Company, anyone acting on behalf of the Company, and the Company’s licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to use your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Contest, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.
- No Compensation: By entering this Contest, you agree that no compensation will be paid for the use of your entry as described in these Terms and Conditions.
- Limitation of Liability: By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt or use of the prize.
- Disputes: This Contest is governed by the laws of Tennessee, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this Contest, participants agree that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Tennessee.

- Contest Adjustments: The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest should any cause beyond the Company’s control affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Contest.
- Winners List: To obtain a copy of the Winner’s name or a copy of these Terms and Conditions, mail your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: 4411 Franklin South Court • Franklin, TN • 37064. Requests must be received within 30 days after each contest period’s ending date.
